Operational functions include planning, developing, executing, and managing all aspects of marketing strategy and operations such as websites' content creation and integration, corporate media, new media advertising sales, email marketing, online strategy, search engine optimization, database development and customer relationship management. Prior experience in the golf or travel industries is preferred. However, candidates meeting the criteria mentioned irrespective of the type of organization they come from will be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable as well as a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box, and still meet short term objectives while staying focused on long-term company success. Outstanding leadership and cross cultural team building, proven financial stewardship and excellent communication skills are a must. Preferred specialties include internet marketing, lead generation, customer relationship management, social media engagement & interaction, brand awareness & consumer insights, marketing communications, public relations, emerging media, and strategic alliances.
