Dengae Fever On The Rise In Thailand

Featured Replies

I was watching the news today and dengae fever was up last year and is expected to epidemic this year in Thailand.

My wife, myself and several friends got it last years and spent several days in the hospital. Not a fun experience. Its like the worst flew i've ever had multiplied about 3 fold.

I was reading in another forum about MMS (sodium chlorite) and several people said that they had used it and had gotten almost instant relief. "symtoms gone within twenty for hours." to quote one person. I found his amazing as the fever i had lasted 10 days. Does anyone know where I can buy this in Thailand as i don't want to go through that again. Thanks

I have check several camping stores as it is sold as a water purifier when camping. It is said to remove all pathogens from standing or stream water and is safe to drink. I found it at REI a big camping store in the US, but can't get it shipped to thailand as with all the other sources i found on the internet. thanks

Your post is the first I've ever heard of sodium chlorite but a quick internet search claims it cures AIDS, CANCER and DENGUE FEVER. It seems way too good to be true therefore it is. I think it's similar to chlorine so you could just drink pool water?

Too good to be true -- indeed yes.

What OP referred to is being marketed under the name MMS and has been extensively discussed in other threads. There is no scientific proof of either its effectiveness or its safety.
