The land office has the registered transaction price (which is usually significantly lower than the real transaction price), but I don't remember if it's part of the information you can access when asking for the documents of a specific plot.

Condos have a sales/resale/rental office, and they track:

- asking price

- actual selling price

- time on the market

- nationality of both seller and buyer
