Ais Hours Etc Left On Monthly Packages

Featured Replies

Have tried ringing 1175 call centre but every time just held on hold with music.

The original sleeve that held the sim is all Thai virtually so cannot suss it out !!

Must be a *# something to reveal air time balance ??

When first air time had just 30 minutes left a message appeared on screen-maybe thats the only indicator you get ??

press *121# then the dial button, it will search and bring back ur balance on screen like an sms.

by the dial button i mean the green one for go, the one you use to call after you have entered a number, what do they call that button?

Dial *139and then follow the prompts- you will then be told how many minutes of the package you have used.

Wonder how you would check if you use an EDGE USB modem and not a phone ?

Yes it was *139

Thank you for that-begs the question why AIS would leave that detail out of the netsim packs they sell.

Its all in Thai but no where is *139 mentioned !!

TIT !!

Am using the sim in a modem as well so all you do is pop it in an unlocked mobile and enter *139 and listen to unexpired minutes.

John,

For the EDGE modem, remove the SIM card, place it in your phone & call *121#. Easy.

By entering *121# you're going to get credit left in baht (for verbal dialogue)

By entering *139 you get minutes unexpired

sorry, i didnt read the question properly & having said that i didnt know about *139, but now i do THANKYOU

*121# and *139 seems to be only for one-2-call customers only.

From memory I think *101# gets you calling credit left on Dtac.
