Since december i've been getting money with my italian ATM card from an ATM outside SCB bank.

During december the rate exchange was a bit better then the web published T/T number.

On the last 2 widthdraw the rate was 1 bath lower than the T/T number, even counting the next day (in italy the transaction take 4 working day to be finalized...).

I've decided to change bank, but the different behaviour from dec to jan is really strange.

The card is not a credit card, just a Cirrus circuit direct from account card.

Rates are set by the international network (Mastercard is a Cirrus partner I think), plus mark ups charged by your bank. Nothing to do with the bank in Thailand.
