I would LOVE some detailed information, or links to detailed information, specifically about how to teach 2-6 students online (simultaneously) .

I am looking on any information on methods, lesson planning, overcoming communication barriers, setting up and the use of technology, dealing with connection disconnects, etc. that are specific to the online environment.

Anything you can tell me about the experience of preparing for and delivering lessons online (esp. specific to Thai students) would be a big help!

Moodle is what you want. Free and very powerful. Has documentation and an active, extensive support forum.

I knew of several pilot programs in Japan and elsewhere to do online teaching via proprietary CCTV systems over the Internet, but it never seemed to catch on in a big way.
