It would help if you told us what country you are from.

There are 3 adverts at the top of this page for conpanies that are sponsers for this forum that help with visas to the UK.

They could probaly help with getting a Shengen visa for the rest of Europe also.

From South Africa, did look at the companies on this page but they seem to only cater for Thais. I am basically looking for someone to stand in the queues for me, I have all the forms and information and am married to a Brit.

Anyone know of a company that organises visit visas for non-Thais to the UK and Europe?

South African passport holders may or may not require a visa for UK, there are new rules in place as of March 2009

The British government has announced changes to the visa requirements for South African nationals who wish to visit or transit the United Kingdom .

· From 3 March 2009, South African nationals seeking to visit or transit the United Kingdomwill require a visa to enter or transit the UK unless they qualify for a temporary exemption.

· To qualify under this exemption you must have travelled to the UK recently and have evidence of your visit in your current passport (i.e. a UK entry stamp). This means you will not need a visa if you want to

• Transit,

• Visit for less than six months, and

• Do not want to work in the UK.

if you have evidence of UK entry in your current valid passport.

· However if the evidence of entry is in an expired passport, you will not qualify for this temporary exemption and you will be required to obtain a UK visa.

Any of the sponsoring companies should assist with non - Thais but they specialise in Thais as they are in Thailand. It would help also if you say why you are in Thailand. If you are just visiting then you may be required to apply for your visa ( if needed) in South Africa. If you are resident in Thailand then you should be able to apply for your visa in Bangkok.

As you are married to a Brit Cit the Embassy may require evidence that you intend to return to South Africa ( or Thailand) before being satisfied that you are a genuine visitor to the UK. Many people, married to Brits, apply for the visit visa as it is a lot cheaper than a settlement visa, even though they intend to live in UK.

From what I have read on this forum any company will only help you with is the paperwork.

You still have to turn in the paperwork and go to the interview if needed.

Also there are no lines its all done on an appointment basis.

UK Visa application center is run by VFS. Now there is company right next to it that can do it for you but not recommended :o

Actually be very carefull to enter genuine VFS center when submitting your application and stay clear of those scammers next door.

There should not be that much standing in line as they have many counters and proper numbering assigned at the door. Give them a call, they can propably tell you how it works for SA passports.

My company actually take the client for the x ray if required. Then they take them to make the bankers draught etc and escort them into the UK/Vac office all included in the fee. Its a service we had to offer due to clients getting harassed by visa agents claiming they worked for the British Embassy.
