All,

Hubby & I want to stay on Karon in mid March for 5 days & need to know any good recomendations for hotels & guesthouses. Looking for moderatly priced 1-2k per night, close to the beach & amenities, nothing overly fancy but with a nice feel.

Any suggestions welcome.

Great hotel in Karon Center, my mates stayed there a while back and loved it, cheap, nice staff, pool, but for the love of god can I remember the name?

Boo be careful with those lot - competition usually revolves around whose bodily fluids leave first!

btw. book early at that hotel Brit, I tried to get my dates in March & they were fully booked, looked nice though!

Hey Boo, did you get an email back from them saying fully booked? or did their booking calender say fully booked? If it was their calender I bet they haven't changed it post wave - I don't mind stopping in and asking for those March dates for you.

June seems to be ok- I did a quick check on dates I'm interested.
