seems that Phuket is by far the wettest place and Hua Hin the driest. also Phuket has the most consistent rain throughout the year.

Well I get very different results Hua Hin much cooler than Bangkok for starters

People always tell me that Chumphon was the wettest place in Thailand when I used to tell them I lived there. Though I never found it to be that wet ? :o

The wettest province is Ra(i)nong, just google Thailand wettest province.
