I hear that there might be an alcohol ban on april 12-13-14 , but I read everywhere that Songkran is on april 13-14-15?????????? Also, when is the 'best' day of the festival in Bangkok? First or last day? Looking at the calendar, I would suggest that some people will start throwing it on the 11th but really get going on the 12th and 13th.
