What Will Trump’s Economic Plan Mean for American Wallets?
Utopia = a world that is managed by responsible people with the goal of preserving the natural balance of the biosphere that we all need to survive ... Human overpopulation reduced by birth control . Everything is connected in a balanced , functional world , but once this natural balance is destroyed , it is difficult to repair it . Evolution is the thing ... but if you want our species to evolve further ( urgently needed ) , the basics that are needed for this have to be respected : an environment that enables further evolution ... not an environment that is dominated by catastrophic events resulting of misunderstanding of how everything is connected ... Humans living in peace together , speaking the same language , all working together to make this world a better place , instead of destroying it . = Utopia . -

I've always done it, and still do, as a check that the email has been sent successfully and as a record of what I've sent. I include myself in the bcc: field. -

Problem with constipation at 82.
I eat Oatmeal cereal every morning and it works for me. I'm in my 60's and I've had issues with this most of my life. If you make it a habit just to sit on the toilet for as long as it takes even if you don't feel the urge to go, chances are the urge will come if you can just relax and the other person that suggested the Squatty Potty, that also works. -
