I have a single entry Thai marriage visa that will reach it's expiration date in a couple of months. Can I simply go to an Immigration Office with my wife, marriage certificate, proof of income, and photos to get it extended for another year?

Thanks for any feedback.

Sorry . You are going to have to give us more info. on what you have at the moment.

Non O Visa or Extension from Immigration?

Posted

I think you have a single entry Non O Visa.

You can apply for a 12 month extension at Immigration within the last 30 days.

You will need proof of 40,000 Baht a month income OR 400,000 Baht in a Thai bank for a period of 2 months before you apply. If using income you need a letter from your embassy or tax documents if earned in Thailand. If using savings you need a letter from the bank.

Plus a few other things.
