Will there ever be a safe vaccine?
You've being very disingenuous regarding the cases of Vaccine-associated paralytic polio (VAPP). It occurs very, very rarely. The statistics say about 1 person per 2.7 million doses of OPV. VAPP is not transmissible so your comment saying there have been outbreaks is nonsensical. Outbreaks are caused only by transmission to previously uninfected persons. I don't know if the frequency of VAPP quoted above has yet taken into account the change from trivalent OPV to bivalent OPV. That change reduces the frequency of VAPP by 86%. Trivalent OPV is no longer required because Type 2 Polio has not been found since 1999. -

Extensions w/ new passport at Jomtien -- do you need a new TM30 and new address report?
Did they demand that as a condition to do the stamp transfer to the new passport or did that demand happen at the next immigration service?
