Tenancy Agreement Form

Featured Replies

I am renting my house out and need a tenancy agreement form, anyone know a place i can get one. Thanks.

Not offhand but what I have done in the past is email an agency (good one, like Hamptons) I know handles lettings in an area I know and say I am considering renting outa house / flat through them and could I please have by return email a copy of their standard rental contract, contract between them and the tenant and their inventory schedule etc. They are usually very keen to get back to you. Don't mention overseas or anything. KISS.

Use my place in the UK if you want.

Agents

Hamptons

Copping Joyce (merged with someone but google)

Currells

Post code is London N1

Use address as "flat in the Angel on the Green development, London, N1"

Then just change all the company stuff to your details. You know it will be bulletproof and way better than some simple thing you can google for.
