Why has my thread questioning the closing of the lawyer thread been removed and by whom in both cases?

The lawyer topic was closed by me. I thought I posted the reason for that before I closed it, but aperently something went wrong.

The reason is that it is against forum rules to name and shame a person. This is because of Thai libel laws. You can recommend or not recommend a company, but not state why. If someone wishes, the can then ask information by PM.
