Good Exhibition At Art And Cultural Museum Cm

There is an interesting exhibition on at the Art and Cultural museum (behind the 3 Kings monument) at the moment.

It is free if you are not looking at the whole museum. It is on the second floor at the back of the museum.

It has 2 parts:

The first features photographs taken by the Urban promotion group- Youth group, who have taken photos of issues/contrasts in Chiang Mai. Descriptions are only in Thai.

The other part is from the CMU "From garbage to added value" project, where CMU have worked with several local villages to help them recycle materials into various products instead of burning them and adding to the smog issues in Chiang Mai. The various products are on display, for sale and feature the original waste products and project descriptions (in English and Thai). There are several helpful and informative people manning the exhibition that will answer question.
