Is This Man Inciting Revolution And Overthrowing The Gov't?

Featured Replies

I note that it is reported in both the English language newspapers and on BBC today, that Kn. Jakrapob, the runner, seems to be inciting the use of violence and armed protest for his Red Shirts. I understand that he did a runner out of country before he could be arrested, last week.

Openly promoting armed violence and attempting to overthrow the current govenrment by violent action, would be considered treasonous by many, I think.

Should he not be eligible to have his passport revoked? Isn't this the guy who won't call his mother...??

Don't know what he meant with going "Underground", the Klongs in Bangkok,

the Canalization System or just having a ride on the Subway...

Or has he just had a bad Copy of "Bangkok Dangerous"?

It was reported by BBC that he contacted them with his statement from an undisclosed location, outside of Thailand.

Yes, Gonzo, I agree with you. It appears to me that if Thailand had had Rule of Law, both Jakrapob and his mentor Thaksin would have been indicted and sentenced for High Treason. Supposedly, this would have had rather unpleasant consequences for them...

Seems to become a much favored address of rouge thai-politicians lately.

And yes, agree with price less both of them should be charged at least with treason!

Hope it doesn't carry a 5 year ban as penalty!
