OK - I need he!p FAST! I moved here a few weeks ago from Laos! Savannakhet, Laos where the REVLON store carried BLOND hair color! I have been to Robinson's, Central, the Drug Store outside Central....and to no avail! No BLOND shades anywhere! )))

PLEASE help! I see other blond haired blue eyed women out there......WHERE can I find hair color?? I'm not brand sensitive! I just don't want those red/blond shades offered in the Asian brands... AND, of course with all the horror stories I am totally up for doing it myself! ))
