I wonder if EMS parcel arrives to door of recipient or to the post office?

Or these are different types courier EMS and non-courier EMS?

If so, is there a huge differencee in price?

Should be door-to-door. I use it all the time, both domestic and overseas. It is a fantastic service. Usually next day service in Bangkok.

Yes, EMS is a door-to-door service (well, they will come to collect from your place in Thailand if you call them). If no-one is in at the destination address they will take the box back to your nearest large sorting depot (city) for you to call and arrange redelivery or collection. In the UK it gets picked up at Coventry airport and couriered onwards by Parcelforce (the UK's government service), hence sometimes difficulty tracking it online.
