After this recent heat wave it has become apparent that by next season I need to do something about insulation in our roof. Ours is a typical small , Thai, brick home and the heat generated through dark brown tiles gets trapped in the roof and keeps the heat topped up until well into the evening.The air con really struggles to combat it.

I was wondering if insulation ,spray on variety to underside of roof or other means is available in CM or what other residents have done to reduce heat build up. Any recent experiences out there?
