Market Prices And Thai Marketing

Anybody been to the Muang Mai Mkt lately

Remember a couple years ago when the bird flu hit, They were practically giving eggs away at Thaepae Gate. Chicken prices went through the floor.

Well now we have Swine Flu , as of 2 days ago in Mexico, and the price of pork, here in the market, has gone from 95 - 100 baht per kilo [within the last 3 - 4 weejs ] up to 130 b/p/h, as of an hour ago.....

While you can still find some lemons for 5, 6 baht each, they look more like grapes.

I think if this Swine Flu hits Thailand, and if there is anyway possible, it will, the pigs will be running in the streets....... alright , alright,,,,, the 4 legged pigs.

Maybe I'll open a vego restaurant, that is guaranteed to drive the meat prices down.
