I'm looking to buy this laptop from Dell UK. The price is 649.99.

Does this seem like a good deal? I have found one exactly the same on ebay abit cheaper

but it was a customer return. I was also wondering, when you buy from Dell or any

other manufacturer is the windows pre-loaded onto the laptop or do you have to

install it yourself?
