My friend used 2 times this year the services of Unita Visa Consultants Co., Ltd.

80/18 Soi Sukhumvit

Bangkok

They did bring your passport to the Immigration and have received the original entree stamps as follows.

April 5, 2003 (Padangbasar B40)

June 23, 2003 (Sadao B97)

My friend have to leave Thailand very soon and would like to

know if everything is 100% okay.

This is in my opinion a little too much help for the immigration.

You should not give specific names of people/companies that has helped you unless they have f***d you bad.

I belive this forum is read by the local authorities and thus giving them info or clues of where to investigate.

I'm not shure but the stamps that are at the borders are personal stamps so to see who stamped what, so now you have given the authorities a reason to check the stamps you have mentioned.

If lucky no authority person has read it yet, so remove post if possible. What I know of yet it's a legal stamp but might now be a stamp number and employee records they will check because of this.

Any stamp got without doing by your self is illegal, having a company running it is mostly illegal!

Am I wrong or not!!

"As to your question of if it is 100%, the stamp probably is real, wheather your friend is in trouble or not I don't know. 98% chance that he is in the clear, as in the probability fact that there has been numerous tourists that has obtainend a visa the legal way thru the point, and trying to find out witch one is visa service or not would take a huge amount of time for them. Anyone that can verify this?"
