I just heard the totally believable tale that a lot of the bars in the Bar Beer Centre on Loi Kroh Rd have decided to increase their prices a fair amount because takings are down. As you would.

Apparently, a bar near the back (owned by a Farang) didn't raise his prices and now he's the only bar with customers.

Strange isn't it? 

I'm sure there are plenty of other tales of smart(?) businessmen increasing prices, but I am more intersted in the not so astute ones that decide it is a good time to offer promotions, such as the 'free meal' mentioned elsewhere.

Any good bar/restaurant promotions out there? (besides Free Water!).

Something along the lines of 'buy 1, get 2 free', would be good.
