Need Pattaya Residence Long Term

Making a return visit to Pattaya for another job and the wife and I are seeking a midrange 30k - 45k) house or condo in the Pattaya area. Job will be in Sriracha so would prefer a north Pattaya location such as Naklua, Wongamat or Banglumung area but this is not an absolute requirement. Just trying to avoid driving Sukumvit thru Pattaya every day of possible.

Knowing Pattaya, the first requirement is security, have been robbed before and it isnt at the top of my 'fun things to do' list. The needs and desires are a 'western' kitchen preferably with microwave, stove top and oven. Would need it at least partially furnished with COMFORTABLE furniture. Washer/dryer would be nice and would prefer any house to have a swimming pool but not a necessity.

Having owned rental property ourselves, we know the importance of having the RIGHT renters. If there is anyone out there that owns a vacant home or condo but prefers it to be occupied by caring and responsible people, we are a mature married couple who don't need the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but rather enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean and forest.

We anticipate a mid to end of FEB2005 arrival
