Good to see a business using common sense and lowering prices to draw in more customers, than the normal approach to raise prices to make up for lack of customers. With the success of the cinco de mayo buffett, I think you're on the right track by lowering prices. 200 baht vs 240 makes a difference for those that either have a large group, or a tight budget.
