jaideeguy
My 90 day check in was stamped at may 11, today and my Thai bank calendar didn't show a red day, so I figured that altho the wife says it is a holiday, i says....'immigration wouldn't be so stupid to stamp for me to come in on a holiday'. Anyway after driving 30k to the CM immigration office, it was closed. Seems that I heard that they will give you a little grace and hopefully because of the holiday they will. Question is how much grace will they give?? I would rather stay home tomorrow [12th] and go in on the 13th....two days late. Or should I bite the bullet and waste time and gas to go in tomorrow?? Thanks in advance for any experienced input..........

Halfaboy
I had the same problem. Found out that today was the royal ploughing ceremony at Sanam Luang. Predictions are good. the royal cows ate decent quantities of grass and sesame seeds
monsieurhappy
Reading this post made me grab my pp only to realise I should have reported on the 2nd. I have been sick for a while ( honest ) and obviously it has slipped my memory. If I'd have reported last Friday the 8th. I would have been inside the 7 days but wasn't Friday also a bank holiday? Any chance if I go first thing in morning I might get away without paying overstay? There again, knowing my luck I'll have to pay so how much is it likely to cost me??
