Featured Replies

I need to find some qualityish lighting equipment for video presentations and possibiliy a green screen

Would prefer to pay Thai prices

Where can find in CM?

I would try Denchai - not cheap by any means but they would probably have what you are looking for.

Looks like a good place to start. I am looking at their website right now and the directions are in thai. Where exactly are they? (relative directions please, I dont know street names)

Denchai is ok if you know what you need, but don't expect advice. Hardly any english and they really don't know anything about photography or video. Watched them struggle for an hour two days ago trying to set up a simple tabletop light box.

If you want some advice go to Photobug (close to taepae gate, look for the green Fuji sign), some of the staff speak ok english, and they know what they are talking about.

I bought my lights and green/white screen from both Denchai and Photobug. Denchai was cheaper but still pretty expensive compared to what you'd pay in the west. We struggled with the lighting at first because we couldn't find any softbox, but we got some "Digit lite" plastic softbox both at Denchai and Photobug - it's working ok for our show.
