Phone Numbers That Start With 911 In Thailand?

had a missed call on my mobile from a number 085911xxxx .... just curious if this was likely from a regular cell phone or from some kind of government agency or from wherever. thx.

I hate to tell you this, but that phone number starts with 5, not 911. If it was a government agency, why would they use a hand phone to call yours? Why not just call it back from a public phone if you're that paranoid about it?

Yeah i had the number 0246211984 call me the other day, and I was also thinking it was weird that phone numbers start with 911.
