Old Man River
Not all Brits are obsessed by football. Most, though, liked the shows carried by BBC Entertainment, as did my Thai wife. That's why we downgraded from Platinum to Gold today. Pity they couldn't have kept BBC Entertainment as an optional add-on (a la carte) channel. I'm sure they would not have lost money by doing so and would have retained the goodwill of their loyal customers. We have subscribed for more than a decade and this is the first and only time we have had reason to complain about their service. I don't disagree with you at all, and made my comment "tongue in cheek." My Thai/American wife also watched BBC Entertainment, meaning we would also pay extra for it if it was al la carte. sniffdog
I downgraded from Platinum + A La Carte to Knowledge. Saves me 2,000 baht a month. GF just watches the Thai stuff. I myself hardly watch the foreign stuff. Get all the series and movies from Rapidshare.
