I would like to use some of my United miles to get an award ticket on Thai airways BKK to VTE round trip. Does anyone know the way to do this, do you book it thru United or Thai, thanx Callao

Book with the airline for which you have the miles. In this case, United.

Call or email United, I have always done it through email and had excellent service. Make sure you let them know you prefer to fly Thai (you can also fly Singapore which is far superior to Thai imo)
