I brought my wife and her son to the US on K-3 & K-4 visas. Now I need to adjust their status using the I-485. What I am not sure about is if I need to do one I-485 for each of them. Also i know I have to do an I-130 for the K-4. Can I send the I-130 at the same time as the I-485 or do I have to do it before? Please help, I am having a hard time getting this information. Thanks
