Best Isp For Mac

Featured Replies

My friend wants to 'go legal' and get (and pay for) an internet connection. However she has a mac so is unsure as to whether that'll cause problems. I have a pc and have buddy broadband (not great but good enough), but I don't know jack about macs. Can anyone suggest a good isp here in TH which is (easily) compatible with a mac and doesn't cost the earth for a reasonable connection. Cheers!!

Any ISP will do.

On second thought, just make sure she gets a real ADSL router and not a UBS modem. Modem needs drivers (and generally sucks), router works as the good Lord intended.

Macs are no different in terms of their ISP than any other operating system. I run 3 different Macs with TOT's 4MB service, no problem (wife runs an Acer laptop through the same (wireless connection) router.
