I'm in the process of setting up a company. I will be the Director of the company but will not actually be working . The company will employ 1-2 Thai staff who will report to me. I will also be signing the odd cheque to pay expenses related to the company.

I'm currently also employed by another company and have a WP through them. I will continue to be employed by this company even after I start my own company.

My question is, will I need a WP for the new company just for signing cheques and having Thai staff? if so then can I have 2 WP's; one for the new company and also keep my existing WP?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
