Health Benefits Of A Jacuzzi Bathtub

Featured Replies

I know they are a lt of fun, but do they actually do you any good?

It is all in the mind......

The bubbles make you feel sexy. Isnt that a health benefit?

Hi ThaiPauly.

Love a good jacuzzi. We had a 500 gallon one in our back deck back in California.

Keep it about 101F.

It was so nice at times. Sit and soak. Bubbles only cool down the water but the

jet action was great. Jump in for 20 minutes one hour before bed time and

ZZZZZZZZZZ out like a light. So, I think the health benefits would be a great

night sleep.

See them around here for like 138k I believe.

I think it's a California thing. We had one as well. If nothing else there are definitely psychological effects. I am a jacuzzi addict for sure.

I was gutted to see the practice of having a heated jacuzzi at nearly every hotel was not the norm in SEA as it is in the States, but I recently found one at Hilltop Hotel in Phuket. In the hills overlooking Patong. Beautiful view. Very tranquil. Takes 2 1/2 hours to get to 100f/38c so call ahead. http://hilltophotel.eu/

I find this better in colder countries. ( hot water in jacuzzi ). Not nice in a warm country like Thailand, or you have to put colder water. It's the same idea as a hotspring.

Yeah very true, I figured that was one of the reasons. That and probably the cost of running it.
