Do you know of some places (not hotels) for monthly rental that

has ready in-room DSL?

I need it to be in Katu,Patong, if not then Karon or kata. Thanks

and i have an Ad there.

Fyi, I know of two places that offer very few rooms with In-room DSL,

and they are bit of novelty to get with advanced booking.

However i needed to find out if there where more such places with

larger and better rooms than the one i am staying at..

Contact Eric @ Karon Cafe, Paradise Hotel and/or California Club (name changed recently?).

If you want monthly rental it is usually down to you to sort.. Either that or live with GPRS speeds..

For nightly / Hotels there are starting to be a few..

behind/next to Big C and Central, there is a manision with Pool and ADSL in many of the rooms, 7000 a moonth.

but I recomend The best manision in Chalong, but not sure they have adsl IN the rooms. the Place is awsome.

DTAC has wireless connection, nice speed, u pay aprox 10 000 b for a pcmcia card, and 1000 a baht month , then ure online wherever your mobile is.

The new name is Pacific Club Spa Boutique Resort. The owner's name is Eric -- internet hookups? ... there is nobody more savvy on this subject. You can't go wrong there -- but the price; that's a different story. Your call.
