Hi

I arrived in Thailand 14 years ago, quickly sorted out a Business visa with a one year visa and WP and worked for the next 5.5 years. I then tranfered over to a marriage visa without having to leave the country, just lots of questions.

For the last 7 years Ive been working outside of Thailand and just got a non immigrant multi entry by providing a fee, application and passport....likely the easiest Thai consultate.

Anyways, Im back in Thailand now ona 30 day visa and need to sort out a Multi entry Non Imm O (marriage visa) hopefully in Phonom Phen.

All these years and no visa worries.....any ideas what I need to take to Cambodia with me, and what the <deleted> is a 'true copy' of my passport?

Cheers

my experience in phnom peng 5 weeks ago:

if you have a thai child you will get non o multyple.

if you are "only" married to a thai, normaly you will get only a single non o (90 days)!

Thanks Red Ant. I have just dug up your report above.

Why not apply in Thailand . as long as you have 20 days left on your arrival permit they should convert it to a non imm O and then apply for 12 month extension. You have to do the same if you come in on a tourist visa

He is asking about a multi entry non immigrant O visa and that is not available in Thailand. Would guess he continues to work/travel and that it fits better. He seems to know the extension of stay procedures.
