Vientiane Double Entry Tourist Visa Update

Just to say that Double Entry Tourist Visa's are still being issued for FREE in Vientiane . The service given was very good and even though I made a couple of mistakes on my application #see note# they were very helpful. Rumour control is saying that they are also issuing Tripple Entry Tourist visa's but I have no concrete proof , only hearsay on the day of collecing my passport.

The online application form for a visa , on the Thai consulate website for Vientiane is not usable . I printed a copy and filled it in to save time but the application form online is not the one they are using, so dont bother , wait until you get there otherwise like me it will be returned to you and you have to fill in a new form . This was as of yesterday 15 July .

Thanks for your report and confirming that Vientianne gives even double entry tourist visas for free.

The official statement from the Thai government says single entry free only.
