Firefox 3.5.1 has been working perfectly. I was disappointed when it started forgetting my passwords. This started after I added WebMail Notifier. I have removed this add on and Firefox is now again working properly.

I used another add on, and had problems as well.

Removed the add on, problems solved.

Do you mean the web mail notifier for Gmail?

In that case it is not the ad-on but Gmail.

The notifier works great but Firefox then always asks me to sign on for different sites. Hotmail and My Yahoo have problems.

This one;

WebMail Notifier checks your webmail accounts and notifies the number of unread emails...

Supports : gmail, yahoo, hotmail, daum, naver, empas, nate and more

Same thing happened to me when I added a theme. Changed back to the default theme and the passwords came back.
