sorry that it took me so long that the original thread was closed. I was busy with some other post - and then writing this my reply. it was not my intention to start whole big issue of this, especially in separate thread - but I have to answer this. because I wrote this before that thread was closed anyway - and if it won't've been closed I was gonna post it there. now since it is impossible - no other choise than make new one here. I know that I shouldn't discuss such matters here - but it was not my intention anyway....

so, I'm gonna to make this reply anyways - and then ke sera sera - what will be will be !

sorry, I don't realy know the meaning of "grassing" - I'm not a native speaker after all. but I feel it is something like 'puting down' ? then you are mistaken - I didn't even think of doing so. only to warn and to ... express solidarity ? although in a bit humorous way.

and I thought it is easy to see the joking style of my those statements - particularly about those 2 main rules.

and about kind word from guys - sure, I second it. I simply pointed out that voicing something aloud, especially in careless manner and towards those in real control - won't help much and change anything. I was warned myself by some well whishing stuff member that I was attracting attention - not favorable - of that very same person and that I better watch out or else. although I didn't ever insult anyone or use bad language etc. so, I mean - I know how it feels like - when one can see that many others who clearly and obviously break the rules, like "Please respect fellow members! No bad or dirty language! " - and they never punished, but if someone is simlpy disliked, even without doing any of such thing - he can fall into black list....

so, I apologise to both you Rav and other person Gazza (although I believe he didn't take me wrong since he haven't say anything so far) for creating whatever misunderstandings .... although once again: I didn't try and want to grass anybody, simply because I don't take pleasure in puting down anybody.

whatever I said to you b4 - I stand by it still and mean it.

if you want my support, you get it: yes, I think that was unfair and your joke was truly harmless. I even recall what was said to it: "I'm tired of your sick humor" - obvious FLAMING for me and even direct insult - and from a person who is a guard of RULES ! I kept quite that time, although I've noticed it straight away long time b4 this thread was started and was sad about this course of action.

I don't care anymore if I'd be banned for saying all these or hanged - it is not just for the sake of frendship - but a matter of principle (which is - adherence to truth) for me right now to prove that I didn't and don't play duplicities.

so, I'll say more.

I agree that Mr. Dr. P. or in this regard any other person in control position should themselves show example of compliance with those Rules they do or supposed to enforce - not enjoy the right to say whatever and how they want while not allowing others to do the same - or more exactly ONLY if it is in their address, but never mind what is said to others. if this is the rule - to respect others and not use bad language and not to insult and flame fellow members - then it should be followed by all, and applied to all equally. that is what I think and that is what I've understood from those very rules.

why I mentioned about flaming - because I have personal experience of more than one case when some person directly insulted me or provoked etc. - whatever is mentioned in the Rule's definition of "flaming" - and at least one, sometimes few Mods and /or Admins were present - and nothing was said to that person. even he was patted on the shoulder and encouraged - as if nothing happened and the style and language and sometimes even obscenities were used. so, I just mentioned this "flaming" to point out that it is not considered as such when other members are concerned, but only when mighty ones are. and even if it is not at all directed to them - as in your case. simply because they might dislike you for some reason.

so, I said this here, for everybody - although am not supposed to and not allowed - to discuss moderation issues and express disagreement with authorities. because believe me or not - I do care about when I'm acused of duplicity. better to be dead and honest than alive and pretender / hypocrate. especially if this is not real death but merely a bann from some forum FOR NOTHING - not a big deal and loss in our real life, as you've pointed out. I won't even try to come back under some other name if such unjustice happens - what's the point ? it would simply sieze to exist for me and I'll not even regret it - self respect and self-esteem are more important than participation in such place (again, if it happens that I'd be banned - doesn't mean I think so right now).

ha! spaming, flooding - that is a child's play in comparison to some serious hacking! perhaps those who run this Forum don't think seriously. IF they REALY pissed off someone who knows how to do all these dirty tricks - this Forum or even whole website itself would be hopelessly and inevitably closed long time ago. the reason it still works is not that stuff in charge of security is so professional - but because such real "bad guys" never even would bother to come to such a Forum (too boring for them) and even if come - to spend enough time here to piss off someone and get banned for it or get pissed off and self -excile and then do sort of revenge. such people simply won't waste their time - they can get whatever and any information (which was one of main purpose of this Forum) from other or any sources. I'm saying this not because I mean - I'm one of such guys, no. I only try to say - if such things like this case with you or some similar ones (obviously it is not the only case) would continue - then sooner or later such thing may happen and most probably would happen, because sooner or later some real smart kid would stumble upon this Forum and if get unjustly "grassed" (nice term BTW) by overblown egos - such smart kid would surely do that. but again - no, I'm not such ... I'm merely warning of possible consiquences of such course of actions and state of affairs here.

so, you've basically acused me of hypocrasy indirectly - so, here you are, decide yourself - as you wish. but I'll not PM you anymore if you feel so. if you actually considered me as friend and gave up on me so quick and easily without even asking what I mean - then perhaps you are right, no point to be considered as such any more.

oh, and about a's - I can tell you what they mean (although may be no point since you know better than me, what I meaned by them): when I registered and was thinking of nickname, I decided against choosing anything clever and special and smart. so, the first character is "a" - and since it is necessary to make particular number of characters, it became this long. so, no any meaning at all actually. that was my meaning, because I think and believe person should not be measured or judged by particular lable or nickname. well, I don't know does it matter at all now to explain this to you if you realy finalised your decision and opinion about me, my meaning and intention. anyway - I simply exercised my right to express my opinion and meaning and intentions.

that's all - and let God (sorry, I forgot - you say he doesn't exist ), people (democracy, freedom of speech etc) or Dr. P. or whoever else concerned / involved /whatever other reason - make a sentence or verdict. I never like to prove to anybody that I'm not a camel. subject finished.
