But there are times when I come back and it appears I end up viewing the same five pages I viewed 30 minutes earlier. How does this work?

Sounds like the cookie from your last session wasn't properly stored. Are you on a standalone system, or logging in from a network? cv

I just click on 'this week', which makes it 'normal' again, meaning, it's not really the whole 'this week'...
