Women's Online Clothing Stores

Featured Replies

Hello All,

Does anyone have any good suggestions for Women's Online Clothing Stores that they have used before?

Love living in Thailand but lets face it, shopping isnt fantastic :)

asos.com, but to be honest once you look at delivery prices - it becomes ridiculously expensive. Also if you look at the prices in baht you realise how much more we pay in the west - even for things we consider very cheap.

Have you really explored all the shopping here because I have never had a problem finding stuff to spend my money on! Obviously in the provinces it's not so easy but Bangkok - I don't belive any one can say the shopping isn't fantastic in Bangkok. Siam world/Paragon etc have big name brands that work out the same price or less as the west (all major designers, western chains such as Topshop, Forever 21, Mango, Zara etc). Chatuchak, Suan Luam and Siam square have great, very cheap, local designers. Khao San has reasonably priced beach and travellery type stuff. I would try looking a bit harder here before forking out 1000 baht ++ on delivery.....

Latest venture from Apprentice Winner Michelle Duberry, might be of interest.

Customs duty can make that a killer.

Agree and I have had to pay it but only once ( this was from a site that used DHL service )...basically I found if I use the normal post method from wherever its coming from ( eg USA would be USPS ) than I dont pay any customs on it. I have ordered stuff from Australia and USA on sites which offer normal post methods and no problem at all.

My husband who is great at researching stuff on net found a lot of threads on thaivisa.com that talk about customs duty and I found them very helpful.

Thought this was a little suspicious (shopping in Thaialnd rubbish???) and I have got to the bottom of it...what a coincidence that you are actually a man, and your name is Aidan (I can see from your other posts) and who would believe that on the About Us page of the website advertised by the newbie suaysiam..it mentions "my husband Aiden" and "living in Phuket". I can only assume Suay Siam is Aidan's wife Cristy founder of said site.

Seriously guys, you need to work a bit harder than that...do you think we were born yesterday? :)

cheers mssabai. spam deleted. do it again, and you will be banned, both of you.

But, it is an interesting topic --buying clothes online. I think i remember that girlx bought from VS once, but said the customs duty was a killer on the deal to ever do it again
