I've been trying a cream substitute - TEA POT. It's the nearest I've found here to the genuine stuff, not too sweet. 20 baht a can and very delicious with brownie and ice-cream and with many desserts and fruits.

Be warned:

There are two sizes of cans labeled TEA POT. The small size is like sweeted condensed milk --- Yuk! Only go for the larger can.
