I am coming to Koh Samui for 3 weeks after a trip through China, and Im wondering if there are any good condotels I can stay at that are reasonably priced near Chaweng?

When I go to Udon I stay at condotels and they usually cost around 400 baht for a night, less for an extended stay.

I would like free wireless internet, laundry facilities, air con and hot water, and in a safe area. Im partially disabled, so an elevator (lift) would be nice if it is multi-story.

Koh Samui is full of Budget accomodation but 400 baht is a bit optimistic as Samui is the most expensive part of Thailand. I see signs for less than 1000 baht as I drive around, my son stayed at Lucky Homes in south Chaweng that he was pleased with. Wi fi is available all over chaweng, go to Big C supermarket if your struggling to find wi fi. No high rise buildings in Chaweng.

Check out/google Akwa guest house, they're located South Chaweng. They have 2/3 buildings with 27 rooms and I'm sure they will have some on the ground floor. Tim's the owner.
