It's a few hours old, and as of right now:

Votes: 440,987 times

:)

The Bangkok Post DREAMS that they could have circulation numbers at 440,987. Their circulation is at 75,000.

Still, not bad Thaksanistas at manipulating an extremely obscure online poll, but you're still amateurs. Try some real vote manipulation and get your boy as Time Magazine Infleuntial Person of the Year. Last year the most important person in the world was the owner of an obscure web forum. You'll need to spam over 100 million votes, and battle anti spam protection which BP does not have, instead of just 400,000.

From my enquiries with the Office of the King's Principal Private Secretary (or whatever) down in the Temple of the Emerald Buddha complex on a similar matter, being a constitutional monarchy, all petitions to the king must be forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for consideration. I don't expect any precedent to be set in this instance, so likewise I do not expect the petition to even reach the king. Therefore, media opinion that this is basically a show to keep Thaksin (Who?) in the public eye and paint the king in a bad light seem essentially correct. Of course, Thasinistas and other extremists never allow the facts to get in the way of a good story...

You should see what these guys can do with Google Earth!

Looks like they've blocked the offending IP's and replaced the poll - can't think what else they've done as it's still very easy to cast multiple votes.

We're in the much fairer, balanced and believable 60/40 territory now, similar to here!

Could somebody bump the "no" vote up a few thousand so we can see if the "yes" vote rises with it? :D
