I will visit Khon Kaen Rama next week for a first consult and Xray and so on.

My family in USA is sending me Move Free now and things I read at Google gives new hope that I could may be manage without operation. I use glucosamine now, available in Thailand. Brand name Viartril-S.

Good luck; I know about the pain and discomfort.

An aquantance of mine went to Queen Siriket near Rayong(sp) and had a perfect job done and was half the price of BK/Pattaya hospitla, and his recovery time was amazing and no infections too.The guy is 78 years old and a big lump too,and made a remarkable recovery.

LOL I had one done about 12 years ago in California and the hospital billed the insurance company over $65,000. Wonder what it would cost there now?

A total hip replacement for about $1,500 ?? Or was that the deduction in your illness insurance ?

I read about 300 k baht, about 9 k US dollar. And double it in Bangkok and Pattaya.

Do you have more info please ?

Dear Hoppy, No doubt if you r in pain and need an op u will be usin walking stick or an umbrella like myself. Supplements won t help long term and only x ray will confirm if u need new body parts

Iam from UK and 59 and booked in for surgery at Yanhee International Hospital. Very clean and proffesional.Check out their website They have 3 types of procedures.Starting at $6000. Mine is costing $8000 as having Titanium Ball and will last longer.Good luck
