Moist Skin And Itchy Feeling

Featured Replies

Well its that time of year again, the rainy season but as yet not too much rain!. It is coming say all the neighbours. Now its about 33c and 74% humidity indoors and my skin always feels moist (not dripping in sweat) together with an itchy feeling, no visible marks or anything.

Seem to get it this time of year.

I was wondering if the it was diet related, I drink plenty of water but for some reason, I have lost interest in fruit. When I first moved here I was always eating plenty of banana's/oranges/Mango's etc..but now have lost interest!

I take medication for non-essential hypertension, bought at the town local pharmacy.

My last medical over 2 years ago now!!, the consultant said I had high potassium levels, but did not know the cause. I had numerous tests done etc.

So climate conditions, lousy diet or medication for the high BP, or start taking an afternoon shower & talc up to cool down :)

Some possibilities- diet - too much meat not enough veg and fruit; change of washing powder or too much; overweight and sweating and not enough exercise. Ants -the tiny little ones that get into clothing, - clothes not loose enough or not enough cotton; some medications do it, read the fine print; change of soap; allergy to plants, trees near your house. Can't thimk of anymore, talking aboutitis starting to make me itch ! Regards
