Does anyone has info where to find indoor ladies only gym in Chiang Mai? No men allowed.

It's even better if there is a regularly scheduled class with an instructor.

Thai instructor is fine, not necessarily speak English.

Other possible names would be body performance/body shape/body fit class.

Why ladies only?

My friend & I go to Home Gym. located on the street at the back of Carrefour & it is very good.

There are 2 trainers there of a morning & they both speak English. I am 73 & they make sure I am doing what is best for me. I really reccomend it.

Lots of places have aerobics classes every day. Men are not forbidden, but usually they are all women with perhaps a gay guy every once in a while. You would probabaly feel safe there.

I'm sorry to say, I don't think they exist in Chiang Mai. I go to Fitness Thailand and if you go to the gym early, there are very few people there (men or women). They also have a female trainer. Anyway, there are lots of evening classes (Yoga, Spin, Aerobics, Dance, Kick-Boxing, etc.), and save for the Spin and Boxing Classes, I've rarely seen men partake in any of the classes, so you'll be surrounded by only women.

Why women only? I sometime go to Powerhose very early and not a single soul except a couple of trainers.

Some girls are a little embarrassed about their expanding butts and prefer not to be seen publicly in anything but a kaftan. Silly really as the guys are just as bad.
