Hi, ive been looking around everywhere to try and find details as to when i can return to Thailand after i have just been, i.e, is there a lock-out period i have to stay out of the country.

Heres the details, i arrived Thailand May 6th 2009 on a triple entry tourist visa (i intended on getting a double entry visa but as they were offering triple visas free i took it anyway, im only in thailand May 6th - September 9th). I went to the Maylasia border visa run and got stamp on July 2nd 2009, i will have to do one more run or extend it as the visa runs out just before 9th september. I fly back to the UK september 9th, so my question is when can i return to Thailand, is there an extended period i have to stay out of the country now?, and if so how long?

I intend on coming back to thailand as soon as possibble, for much longer hopefully around a year or 9 months with a triple entry visa again extending each a extra month etc.

Thanks in advance.

As Lopburi says, there are no restrictions. Next time you might want to consider obtaining 12 month Non-O multiple entry visa from Hull consulate on basis of visiting friends. Just have to do border hop every 90 days and can squeeze visa to 15 months by doing border run just before visa expires.

There are no restrictions on entry/exit or time spent in Thailand.

Hi, sorry im being stupid, i dont really understand your answer. Are you saying that i can just return to Thailand say November 2009, on a triple entry visa again?

Thanks for the quick reply.
