Just out of curiosity, are you related to  Norman Vaughan, by any chance?

First there was one now three of them, I believe you can use as an exercize bike and power a pump to activate a fountain, the harder you pedal the higher the fountain. Yet to see anyone doing it though.

I have to agree. I've seen similar exercise bikes in other parks. I didn't know about the fountain.

No, but if you know that there's a moat and that these things are outside the park, then that narrows it down enough for most of us.

as promised i went to have a closer look today and daoyai wins the prize for being a smart ar#e as they are exercise bikes hooked up to small fountains in the moat

top marks to daoyai.
